How Can I Build A Job Without Bidding?
The technique I use is that I target single family homes that are zoned for apartments. There are a couple of ways that I do this. You can get the listings for FREE, I’ll show you how. I contact the home owner and explain to them how I can increase their monthly income by hundred’s of dollars or more, and also increase their equity position in their property by $50,000, $100,000 or more, AT NO COST TO THEM!
How Does It Work…And Why?
What we’re doing is taking a house that usually is a fixer upper and adding 2 to 5 units to it. In every city there are 1000’s of properties zoned for apartments. When you have a piece of land that the city says you can only build a total of 4 units, why not leave the existing house and design the new building around it? There are many reasons, but it all boils down to the amount of money you can make. If you’re cost to build is $60 per foot and you have a house that’s 1000 square feet, that’s $60,000 you make just by leaving the existing house.
But What About When Times Are Bad?
This is when you have to believe in yourself more than ever. There is no doubt that the economy is in a bad way and if anybody tells you differently they would be lying. The question to you is… “Are you going to give up? We still have to go on living. I want you to know there is more money being made in the bad times by people who know how to do it. We will come out of the recession soon; you need to be ready for it. Start Now! Get the Knowledge!
What Is The Key To Success?
I think Paul Harvey said it best, “Someday I hope to enjoy enough of what the world calls success so that someone will ask me, what’s the secret of it?” I shall say simply this: I get up when I fall down.
